If you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and follow the return conditions.
The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
All labels, tags and boxes must still be included and attached.
Completed Return Slip with approved Return Authorisation Number must be included.
Any sale, special price or reduced price items cannot be refunded, only returned for an online or instore credit note.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the item has been received. We will email you once the refund has been processed. Allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show in your account.
To obtain your Return Authorisation Number log into My Account on the Reads Online website and click Request Return Authorisation and follow the prompts. If you have placed your order with Arch Fashion please send us an email to receive your authorisation code: email@example.com.
Cost of delivery will not be refunded, however items can be returned in store. Items returned in store will not be accepted without a return authorisation number.
Please note that without a return authorisation number, a refund cannot be issued, only a credit note or exchange. Instore returns will be processed within 2 business days.
Reads Online is not legally obligated to refund or exchange items because you change your mind and retains the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the item has not been returned in its original condition. For health reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear.
We happily accept returns on sale items. On return of the item, a Credit Note is issued for the product purchase price which can be used to put towards a purchase on Reads Online at a later date. Only credit notes are issued for return of sale items - no refunds. Postage is non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, simply send it back to us for a refund, and purchase your replacement item. We will refund you the cost of shipping for your first item exchange only.
Cost of postage for returns
All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer except when the item is faulty. A refund will be issued for the cost of freight should the product be assessed as faulty.

After a return authority has been issued Items purchased online can be returned instore to Reads of Woollahra, 130 Queen Street, Woollahra NSW Australia, provided all the above conditions are met.Request Return
We do not offer refunds to international customers but we do offer exchanges or credit notes. If you wish to exchange a product or get a credit note from an international order you must still follow the above conditions and receive an RA number within 10 days of order.
