Delivery and Shipping

Delivery and shipping within Australia

Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days. For delivery within Australia we use the eParcel service from Australia Post.

Holiday Shipping

Delivery during holiday periods may take longer than normal.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for any purchase to be shipped to an Australian address. Free Shipping for orders over $200.
For Express Delivery we charge a flat rate of $20.00 .

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed and sent that day, otherwise they will be processed the next business day. eParcel requires a signature on delivery for all parcels, if no one is home a card will be left and the parcel is taken to your local Post Office. Tracking

All parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery at all times. Simply visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number to find out the status of your parcel.

International shipping

Shipping to any international address is a flat rate of $35 for any order under 1.5 kgs. We will assess the weight of your order and if it is above 1.5 kg we will contact you and give you a quote for the additional postage. Orders are sent via regular post with a tracking number. Your parcel can take between 5 - 21 days depending on your location.


'Out of Stock'

We update our product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that this has occurred. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
