How do I make a purchase?

To purchase any item at Reads Online simply browse the website and click on the item, choose the colour and size you require and click 'add to Shopping Cart'. You can add additional items to your Shopping Cart and you can also delete them. You will be asked for a shipping address and other contact details. You can pay for the order using PayPal, E WAY or a credit card. You must select a colour and size to continue to the Shopping Cart. Once you confirm your order the invoice will processed within 24 hours.You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and payment is confirmed.


What credit cards can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We use Eway Secure Pay.


Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change your order while shopping simply by removing an item from the Shopping Cart.
If you want to change your order after it has been finalised in the Shopping Cart contact us immediately and we will attempt to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch, however we cannot guarantee this. If the order has already been processed and dispatched you can return it when it arrives. Refer to our Reads Online Returns Policy for details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days. Your package will be delivered by eParcel by Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time your parcel is delivered, a card will be left which you will need to take to your local post office, at your convenience to collect your parcel. International orders can expect delivery between 5 - 21 days depending on your country. For more information on shipping times please contact us as customersrvice@readsonline.com.au


What if my order does not arrive?
You can track your parcel at any time on the Australia Post website, using the tracking number issued to you. If you have any further queries please email us on customerservice@readsonline.com.au


What is the Concierge service?
At Reads we want the online shopping experience to be as enjoyable and easy as it is in store and that's where our Concierge Service can help you. If you looking for a particular product in a size/colour or brand, if you need help with finding the right outfit for an occasion or just want some ideas on what looks are in the this season then send us an email at concierge@readsonline.com.au and we will get back to you within 72 hours with an answer and helpful suggestions.

What is My Wishlist?
When you shop at Reads Online "My Wishlist" is a great way to start shopping. Login as a VIP and then when you place an item in your shopping cart you can elect to put them into your Wishlist. When you place an item in your Wishlist you can go back and review the items you like and then put those you want to purchase into your cart. This will give you time to consider your items and then secure them in your cart. Don't wait too long though as someone else may purchase the item you want to purchase.


I am already a Reads VIP
If you are already part of our Reads VIP program instore, simply register your details online with us. Click here to create a password for your account and get access to all our online specials and sales. Registering again online will not mean you will receive two sets of newsletters from us, it's simply a way for you to create a password to be able to login online. If you are not part of our Reads instore VIP program, registering online will automatically give you access to our instore VIP sales and other benefits. We respect your privacy and all your details will remain completely confidential and will never be passed on to third parties outside of our store.
